There are two main types of health's;
1- MENTAL HEALTH;
Mental health is closely related to our emotions and behaviors and badly effects them if not maintained.
Mental health is important for stabilizing emotions . If you have a better mental health you can control your feelings, anxiety and stress .Good mental contributes for more happy and joyful life experience and satisfaction. Mentally healthy person have better relationship with family , friends etc.
2- PHYSICAL HEALTH;
First benefit of a better physical health is good quality life, second advantage that occupies kind of great importance is managing daily life tasks. If you have a good physical health you are not dependent. Better physical health mean excellence immunity and super prevention of diseases. Good physical health have good impact on your expenses as no cost is to be spend on treatments of diseases.
